“ONCE YOU REPLACE NEGATIVE THOUGHTS WITH POSITIVE ONES, YOU’LL START HAVING POSITIVE RESULTS.” – WILLIE NELSON
We all have negative thoughts, but how you choose to deal with them has been proven to be crucial to your success. Finding ways to deal with these negative thoughts and self-destructive mental loops is imperative to your total wellbeing, overall happiness and long-term productivity.
In a seminar held by Stanford Lecturer and CEO Coach Shirzad Chamine, he asked 100 CEO’s to anonymously answer “What do you actually think about yourself?”
And the answers were unsurprisingly human:
- “I’m self-destructive and I don’t know why.”
- “I battle with constantly ranking and judging everyone around me, in all settings, all the time.”
- “I don’t love myself very much.”
Chamine has spent his career tackling how our most critical thoughts drive our wellbeing and if it’s possible to overcome them. Nobody is immune to negative thinking, but the number one thing that differentiates successful people is their ability to change their mindset.
At CARAVAN, personal development coach Zach explained how synapses in the brain related to negative thinking can be rewired to produce positive outcomes in his class Rewire Your Brain. Click here to learn more about how to overcome negative thinking.
